Is this an ABT accredited course?
Yes. This is an ABT accredited AET, which means it is a teach-to-train programme through ABT. It is the route I used myself, and it is how I educate now.
Who is this for?
It is for qualified hair and beauty professionals, not just stylists. That can include lashes, brows, beauty treatments, hair extensions and other specialist services you are already trained in.
What do I need before joining?
You need to already be qualified in the subjects you want to create courses on first. You need this teaching qualification in order to become an educator and have courses accredited. The AET teaches you how to train; your treatment qualifications are what allow you to teach those specific subjects. Others charge a lot more, but I have made it super easy to follow.
Do I have to write everything myself?
You will do the work, but I offer templates to make it dead easy. Assignment templates, lesson plan templates and manual templates are included so you can fill in the structure and submit online.
What is the mini teach?
You record yourself doing a fake training or real training for around 10 to 20 minutes. You can do it from home, send it to us online, and that is the practical teaching assessment.
Will my own courses be accredited automatically?
No lovely, the AET is your teaching qualification. Your own chosen courses are accredited separately with ABT or another body, but inside this programme you will find out what they usually need and how to prepare your manuals, certificates and lesson plans.
